Closing on a home should not depend on how you browse the web.
Our commitment
We want everyone involved in a closing — buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders — to be able to use this site. We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We treat that as the target we work against rather than a certification we claim, and we fix what we find.
What we have built in
- A skip link that jumps straight to the main content
- Landmark structure and headings in a meaningful order
- Navigation that works from the keyboard, including the dropdown menus, with a visible focus indicator
- Form fields with visible labels, and errors announced rather than shown by color alone
- Text alternatives for images, and decorative images hidden from screen readers
- Motion that respects your system’s reduced-motion and reduced-data preferences
- Pages that remain readable and usable if JavaScript does not load
Where we depend on others
Some things on this site come from third parties — an embedded video, mapping links, and a rate calculator hosted by an underwriter. We chose privacy-friendly options where we could, but we do not control how accessible those services are.
