Every property and every transaction is different. Contact us to discuss your situation, and consult your own attorney or tax advisor where you need advice.
No relationship created by using this site
Using this site, submitting a form, or sending us an email does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship, an escrow relationship, an agency relationship, or any obligation on our part to handle your transaction. A file is open when we confirm it with you directly.
Do not send sensitive information
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank-account details, passwords, or wiring instructions through this website. Our title-order form accepts a sharing link to your contract rather than a direct upload. If sensitive information is needed, contact our office and we will confirm the appropriate secure delivery method. See our Privacy Policy for how form submissions are handled.
Wire fraud
Treat any emailed wiring or payment instruction as suspect, including one that appears to come from us. Always call your contact person at the title company to verify before sending money, and call your bank to verify as well. Our Cyber Security page explains the four rules in full.

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions, and content may change without notice. Rates, timelines, requirements, and procedures change; nothing on this site is a quote or a commitment. The site is provided on an “as is” basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Links to other sites
This site links to resources operated by others, including a title rate calculator hosted by an underwriter and video hosted by a third party. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Their terms and policies govern your use of them.

The content, design, and marks on this site belong to GreenVue Title & Escrow or the parties that licensed them to us. You may view and print pages for your own use in connection with a transaction. Please ask before republishing or reusing content commercially.
